Ingredients needed to make Apple Smoothie:

  • 1 large apple, cored, peeled, and sliced.
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup plain or vanilla yoghurt
  • 5 almonds, optional (1 tablespoon almond powder).
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar or honey
  • A dash of ground cinnamon

Direction:

  1. Peel the apple and cut it in half. Apple should be cored and chopped into large pieces.
  2. Fill the blender jar with the apple and almonds.
  3. Include honey, yoghurt, and milk.
